Part-Time Content Creator / Sales Associate APPLY NOW

We are hiring a part-time content creator / sales associate with the possibility of full-time hours in the first quarter of 2024. Harper's Mercantile is still a new business being only 2 years old - we are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinker who appreciates small businesses, specialty retail, fashion, home decor and who is interested in partnering with us to improve and grow our business.

Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing content that could be used across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & E-mail to deliver both useful and appealing information about our company and products. Researching industry related topics to help us reach our target audience.

This position is for 2-3 days a week. Days of the week will vary but we are willing to work with your schedule. Hours are 9:30-5:00 during the week and 8:30-3:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to work on Saturdays
• Possess an interest in fashion
• Self -motivated, able to work independently.
• Preferred experience working in a specialty retail store but not required
• Merchandising skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and ability to creatively problem solve
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task
• Content creation skills/experience not required but a plus
• Comfortable in front of the camera
