Return Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your Harper’s Mercantile purchase. Please review our return policy:

To initiate a return please email us at Orders@harpersmercco.com. We will email you with your return information and address to ship to.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your purchase (return must be postmarked within 14 days). All items must be in new condition with original tags and must be free of perfume, animal hair, makeup stains, etc. Please understand that any alterations to your item makes them unable to be resold and for that reason we are unable to accept returns if any of these conditions are present.

Return Shipping will be covered by you unless item is being returned because of a defect that we missed.

Tracking: Please make sure to obtain a tracking number when shipping your return package. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping.

Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment within 3-5 business days from our receipt of the return minus shipping costs from the original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Because of our limited inventory we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please stop into the store for an in-person exchange. If you are not local, you’ll need to purchase your correct size and return your original purchase.

Final Sale: All sale and promotional items such as mystery bags are considered final sale and are not returnable.

Can I return online purchases in store?

Of course! We’d love for you to bring your returns into the store so that you can find something that you love!
